Support

Smartop is used by companies, and your account belongs to one of them. That shapes where help comes from: most of what looks like a fault is a setting only your own company can change.

Start with your own company

Your manager or company administrator controls the things most questions are about: which machines you are assigned to, what the pre-work checklist asks, who approves a start request, and who may sign in at all.

We cannot approve an assignment for you, add a machine to your company, or reset a colleague's role. Those are your company's decisions and the system is built so that only your company can make them.

If you are an administrator and nobody above you can help, write to us.

Writing to us

support@smartop.com.tr

Tell us your company name, the email you sign in with, and your role. Without those we cannot find your records — every company's data is separated, and we do not search across companies.

For anything on a phone, add the platform and version (iOS or Android, and the app version from Settings), what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

If a checklist or a reading would not send, say whether the phone had signal at the time. Work submitted without a connection is stored on the device and sent when it reconnects, so the answer is usually in that queue rather than lost.

What to expect

We read the mailbox on business days in Turkey. A first reply normally comes within one working day, and that is a description of how we work rather than a guarantee.

Something that stops work — nobody can sign in, approvals are not arriving, a whole site is blocked — should say so in the subject line. We treat those first.

Enterprise agreements can carry an agreed response time and a named contact. Ask at the same address.

Your account and your data

To correct or delete your personal data, or to ask what we hold, write to privacy@smartop.com.tr. The privacy policy explains what we keep, for how long, and why some records survive a deletion request for a period the law sets.

Deleting your account is a request to your own company first: they own the employment record the account belongs to. We will act on a request sent directly to us, and we will tell your company's administrator that we did.

Reporting a security problem

Write to security@smartop.com.tr with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

We do not pay bounties. We will tell you what we found, what we changed, and when — and we will credit you if you want to be credited.
